In immunology, there is a limited understanding of the tissue as response-to-treatment is mainly assessed by patient report outcomes (PROs). We investigate how blood-based tissue profiling can help rheumatology through the examples of Rheumatoid Arthritis, Psoriatic Arthritis and Osteoarthritis.
