At Nordic Bioscience Laboratory, our top priority is to provide the highest quality laboratory services with a focus on data integrity, customer satisfaction and scientific excellence. We offer both central and specialty lab services, as well as diagnostic and exploratory test validation, and have the expertise and experience to meet specific needs.

All of our laboratory services are focused on a client-centric approach, providing a personalized experience and reliable and accurate data, from diagnostic and exploratory testing. Our teams consist of dedicated biomarker experts and experienced project managers who work closely with clients throughout the project lifecycle, from initial biomarker planning and validation to data execution, delivery and interpretation.

We ensure that the entire project management process is carefully monitored and quality assured. To ensure the safe arrival of samples within the specified timeframe and regulatory requirements, we work with globally recognized logistics service providers. Our inventory management system tracks samples during transport, receipt and storage in our laboratory, where we offer long-term storage facilities with 24/7 temperature-controlled systems and quality assurance measures.

Our testing staff receives study-specific training to ensure that our customers’ requirements and deadlines are met, and we employ comprehensive QC/QA processes to ensure reliable and accurate data prior to data transfer. We offer flexible data transfer methods, including custom interfaces such as FTP (File Transfer Protocol) and RLI (Remote Lab Interface), as agreed with the customer. Data is stored in our validated Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), which meets the requirements of 21 CFR Part 11 for electronic records and signatures. We maintain data integrity by using harmonized interfaces between the instrument and LIMS and by providing long-term data storage for 25 years with quality-assured archiving.
