Does the drug impact both tissue destruction (C3M & C6M) and fibrogenesis (PRO-C3 & PRO-C6)?
In the RECITAL cohort, the fibroid component (PRO-C6, PRO-C3) is strongest in SSc patients, while patients with MCTD trend toward more tissue destruction (C3M, C6M). This means biomarker panels should be tailored by disease subtype to capture the dominant pathological process.
