Nordic Bioscience Holding A/S Annual Report 2025 Highlights

Nordic Bioscience today published its Annual Report for 2025, highlighting continued progress across its R&D Services, Clinical Diagnostics and Drug Development activities.
Revenue for 2025 was DKK 426 million with an EBITDA of DKK 128 million and a net profit of DKK 55 million. The R&D Services and Diagnostics business delivered strong growth, with revenue increasing 18% to DKK 357 million, supported by a higher number of larger late-phase studies.
During the year, Nordic Bioscience achieved important strategic milestones, including the commercial launch of the PRO-C3 liver fibrosis test on Roche’s Cobas platform and continued advancement of its drug development pipeline. The Phase II study of KBP-336, developed in partnership with Eli Lilly, completed patient enrollment in 2025.
The company also entered 2026 with strong visibility in its R&D Services and Diagnostics business, with more than 70% of expected 2026 revenue secured in the order book by the end of February 2026.
