Detailed profiling of C4G, C4M, and PRO-C4 across untreated (n=43-48) and treated MS patient groups. C4G (T-cell activity) decreases significantly during treatment (p<0.001). C4M (BM degradation) and PRO-C4 (BM formation) are pharmacodynamically modulated.
