PRO-C6 is modulated by B-cell depletion in CTD-ILD (Recital Phase 2b trial)
Rituximab reduces PRO-C6 over 48 weeks (p<0.05 at each timepoint). Patients with above-median baseline PRO-C6 showed greater FVC improvement. Patients whose PRO-C6 decreased most had the largest FVC gains. Both rituximab and cyclophosphamide improved lung function, with rituximab showing fewer adverse events.

RECITAL Phase 2b (n=90). See ref1. Biomarker endpoints: exploratory.

Simoes et al., ATS 2025. RECITAL Phase 2b, n=90. PRO-C6 pharmacodynamically reduced by rituximab, predictive of FVC response.
